Do I have to: 1) Move my leader into base contact first? Or can I "withhold" the leader so that if there are no more room to get into base contact, the leader can be placed somewhere that maintains cohesion?. 2) Do I have to place my minis in base contact in such a way that it maximizes the number of minis that get into base contact, or can I place them "spaced out" in such a way that it uses more space and the miniatures that dont get into base contact can be placed somewhere in cohesion?
