When exactly the defender loses the shield?

The attack counts as hit after the neutralize results step, but other abilities (Fifth brother) mention explicitly. that they happen at that moment.

To be more specific:

• Attacker with plasma torpedoes rolls 1 hit.
• Defender rolls 0 evade.
• Defender has 1 shield.
Does defender lose 1 shield and suffer one damage or do they suffer one damage i.e. lose shield and that's all?

[Moving over multiple proximity mines]

A single ship executes manoeuvre overlapping two proximity mines with 1 hull point left. 

A. Does only one proximity bomb explode or both?
B. If only one which one?

[Passive Sensors cost]

Passive Sensors are listed as 4/4/4/4/5/6/7 in the new PDF, but are not marked with a colour as changed points. Should they be coloured or is the price incorrect?

[Vizier pilot ability - white or red?]

Vizier pilot ability does not mention explicitly that the action is read. Is their coordinate from pilot ability white?
