The new force choke upgrade card states :

Choose a non- commander, non-operative enemy trooper unit at range 1. It suffers 1 wound.

Who chooses the wounded miniature? The player that exhausts this upgrade or the non active player which is suffering the wound.

Imperial remnant battleforce rules state that:

Units beyond range 2 of a friendly 󲉴 unit gain 
Independent: Aim 1 or Dodge 1.

 

Since a player can build a 2 Commander list...

Do units beyond range 2 of a friendly Commander gain independent despiste the fact of being at Range 1 of the other comander?

RAW It seems like they do gain this keyword, because the text does not say "any" commander.

[Vader implacable /Dkt on closed transport]

Dkt or Vader (1pip implacable) being transported on a Laat...

If the laat is defeated then 1 order token facedown, 1 wound is assigned and 1 supression...

A) have dkt still 1 order token to activate ?

B)since Vader has not activated, is Vader able to wound himself to return his order token into the stack and then perform one activation at least?

I think the intent of changed rule was that the transported unit does not take advantage of being transported.
