[Order to resolve multiple Standbys]

In a game we had the following situation:

With Deploy the Garrison 2 Standbys were given out to Units in melee, while with independent:standby a standby was also given out to an enemy boba.
A different enemy unit activates first and both Garrison standbys want to trigger off of one action. Now naturally the standbys have to be resolved one after another.

Can Boba use his standby off of those Standby Attacks? Assuming he can, will he resolve his standby inbetween the other 2 standbys or does he have to wait with his standby until the other two are both resolved since their trigger was chronologically first?

[Multiple Commander Tokens for Field Commanders]

"If a player’s army contains no Commander units but does contain a unit with the Field Commander keyword, deploy that unit with a commander token."

Is this limited to one Field Commander or does it apply to any or all Units with Field Commander that will be deployed.

[Melee Range in case of non combat 1-X Range Abilities/Happenings]

For example Vader 3 pip Command Card says every enemy at range 1-2 gains 3 suppressions (there are countless other examples as well).

Does an enemy in melee with Vader also get the suppressions?

And does 2 friendly units with touching bases also count as melee range? (And therefore disallow some interactions based on 1-X Range events)
