[Weapon Range on Grenades]

Grenades have a range profile of 1. under the new rules since 1 is the only number printed does that mean that grenades can be used in melee as that is a distance less than 1.

[Jump X]

Under the rules Jump X is defined using the terms "A unit that has the Jump X keyword can perform the Jump X card action any time it could perform a move action." Does this mean Jump can now be used twice each activation or is it still limited to once as it was under the old rules?
