Half of dice after get weapon disrupted token

The keyword: weapon disrupted says that When adding that weapon to an attack pool, only half of its dice can be added, it means only half of its dice can be added (of any color) or only half of its dice can be added (of the sum of all dice) ?

Hello,

A unit's weapon affected by the weapon disrupted damage result may only add half of its dice (of the usual profile for that weapon) to an attack pool. The owning player may decide which dice to remove, until they have half as many as the weapon would otherwise.
