Seth Posted August 21, 2023 Share Posted August 21, 2023 Hello, The bonus order effect of the A Beautiful Friendship command card is not issued by any particular commander; it only references a Rebel faction or Ewoks-affiliated commander for the purposes of determining range. This commander is not "issuing orders" and therefore the range of this effect will not be increased by it having the Commanding Presence upgrade card equipped.
