Ric Olie's ability reads: "While you defend or perform a primary attack, if the speed of your revealed maneuver is higher than the enemy ship's, roll 1 additional die" If your opponent's ship has become ionized, can you use your opponent's flipped dial for purposes of activating Ric's ability? O,r is Ric unable to gain an additional die when attacking ionized ships?

The words on the Cloaking Device upgrade read: If the ship fails a decloak action, is it forced to discard a cloak token?
