Had this come up in a friendly game a couple days weeks ago. He was on a rock and performed a manoeuvre that went through the rock still. Then did a red manoeuvre and then claimed to do panel analyzer afterwards. To my thoughts since he went through the rock he does not get an action. He claimed yes he does cause hes using panel analyzer. Just wondering who would be right in this one
