  1. The special rule in the Experimental droids battleforce reads as follows:

"Once during its activation a friendly special forces, corps or support unit that has the AI keyword may perform a free action to spend a surge token on the chosen commander unit, if it is at range 3. If it does, choose one of the following:

-Increase their speed by 1 during their next move action this turn.

-Gain 1 aim token or 1 dodge token

-Add one black die and one white die to their attack pool during their next attack action this turn.

-Remove up to 2 suppression tokens.

Question. Can a single unit perform this free action more than 1 time? If so do they have to select different options as it could be seen as completing the same action each time?

These 2 sections are from Page 27 and then Page 37 respectively in the new rules. It seems somewhat unclear. Take the AT-ST for example? Does the entirety of the silhouette block LOS or no? Was the intent here for the players to decide before the game as they would any other piece of Area Terrain? If that was the intent, may I implore AMG to make a ruling on this as every Ground vehicle player will say "yes" its blocks LOS and every opponent not playing ground will say "no" it does not.

  3. Apply Dodge and Cover reads as follows on point 2:

    2. Determine Number of Obscured Miniatures: The attacking player checks LOS from the attacking unit leader’s silhouette to each miniature in the defending unit. If LOS to any part of the defending miniature’s silhouette is blocked by terrain other than terrain in base contact with the attacking unit leader and a part of the silhouette is still visible, the defending miniature is obscured. If LOS to a miniature is completely blocked, the miniature is obscured. Repeat this process for every miniature in the defending unit.

Specifically the point where it says "part is still visibile."

My question: I am attacking a strike team with 1 miniature completely in the open and 1 miniature completely hidden behind a building where I could not see his silhouette at all. Does that unit have the cover provided by the building?
