Since the command card reads "When a commander issue ordes..." and upgrade cards like Seize the initiative lets a unit issue an order during the Issue Order step, would this trigger the free order from A Beautiful Friendship ?
If so,can the free order from A Beautiful Friendship trigger twice from the same character (one for issuing orders with the command card, one from seize)?
And from multiple character using seize at the same time ?
