How does the attack at range 0 works with S-foils closed? On the T65, you would roll 3 dice at range 0, but since the closed foils says you should roll 1 fewer die, you roll 2 dice, rigth? And on the T70? Would be the same, but if the bumped enemy is on your bullseye, would you be able to roll 3 dice?

The commandos card says "After an enemy ship overlaps you, it gains 1 strain token." When the commandos moves and IT overlaps an enemy ship, does it also gains 1 strain token?
