In step 9 of each turn the struggle token is moved towards the momentum token. When the active player controls 3 objectives and the other player controles 2 objectives, is the struggle token moved 3 or 1 space (the total number of objectives controled by the active player or the difference between both players? The secound posibility would mean that the control token could also be moved toward the inactive player, if he controls more objectives) Thank you!
