Does a recover action enable improvised orders to be used a second time during the round? For example, a commander exhausts improvised orders to draw a new order token. Then, later during that commander’s activation, they recover. Presumably they ready improvised orders, which would allow them to exhaust it a second time to draw a new order token during the same round. I have Kallus’ 1 and 3 PIP command cards in mind, but presumably any recover action would accomplish this? thanks!
