Sabian_Asher Posted June 16, 2023 Share Posted June 16, 2023 Considering the "Onward to Victory" has an "Exhaust" symbol and it is exhausted at the beginning of the Activation Phase outside of Logray's activation can Logray take the Recover Action on his activation the turn he uses the card? No. The Onward to Victory upgrade card card is discarded in the End Phase if it was exhausted at the start of that round's Activation Phase, regardless of whether it is readied or exhausted when that time comes.
