Can Cad Bane (and by extension other credit symbol Mercs) issue orders to main faction units (i.e. CIS, Empire etc.) if one of the command cards states it can issue orders to a unit other than himself?

Considering the "Onward to Victory" has an "Exhaust" symbol and it is exhausted at the beginning of the Activation Phase outside of Logray's activation can Logray take the Recover Action on his activation the turn he uses the card? If yes does this negate the need to discard "Onward to Victory" since it would no longer be exhausted? TIA

With the Bright Tree Battleforce being a Rebel Battleforce are the Ewoks able to take the Rebel Personnel Upgrades? (Rebel Comms Technician, 2-1B Medical Droid, R5 Astromech Droid, and Rebel Officer)

Is the second paragraph on Leia's 2 pip card "A Beautiful Friendship" pertaining to Bright Tree Commanders and Rebel Commanders permanent as well or just the "Teamwork" rule being give to Wicket? Does the lack of a line between the two paragraphs only mean there is no choice and the break between imply a different independent rule?

After listening to podcasts in the community I understood that a Force Push could strip a unit of its Standby, however my opponent understood the wording "[a] standby token is spent before any effects that trigger after an attack, attack action, move, or move action." as meaning he could spend the token before the force push occurred. Is the correct interaction "Force Push>Move Unit>Lose Standby" or "Force Push>Use Standby>Move Unit"?
