Seth Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 Hello, Logray's Herbal Medicine upgrade card may be used to restore a mini to an eligible unit. The rules for restoring minis are covered under the Treat and Repair entries, and are applied to game & card effects beyond those keywords.
