I was wondering about Tristan Wren, clan wren auto upgrade.

His lethal 1 key word.

Is this only a result of his weapon (ranged only) or is it due to been Tristan?

Can the lethal be used in melee?

Hello,

Lethal is a weapon keyword and so will only apply to attack pools made using that weapon.

As Tristan Wren's attack profile is range 1-3 and not a melee weapon, his unit may not use his Lethal 1 keyword during a melee attack.
