Seth Posted October 1, 2023 Share Posted October 1, 2023 Hello, The effects of the New Ways to Motivate Them command card occurs when a unit activates. This is prior to their Rally step, and indeed they may perform a free Recover using the card to remove suppression prior to their Rally step.
