Can "During Agent Kallus's activation" be during part 1 of his activation (Resolve Any Abilities or Effects at Start of Unit Activation), or does it have to be during part 3 (Perform Actions)? Seth Posted November 9, 2023 Share Posted November 9, 2023 Hi there, The free recover actions granted by the command cards Face Me! and Ruthless Tactics are "during Agent Kallus's activation." As it is an action, and as it is not specified to occur at the start of his activation, it must indeed by resolved at some point during his Perform Actions step.
