Do ewoks within range 1 C3PO gain guardian 2 critical include for all the units? For example, if an esteemed leader is at range 1, Do ewoks gain guardian 3 crits to this chief?

Do divine influence can be resolve to other units than C3PO or only C3PO?

No, Divine Influence grants Guardian 2: C-3PO. Ewok units nearby do not gain the Guardian keyword for other units - only C-3PO.
