KablooieKablam
The new text for Overrun reads “A unit with an overrun weapon can perform an overrun attack after it performs a standard move in which the movement tool or one of its miniatures’ bases overlapped an enemy miniature’s base.” Does this mean a unit with Overrun can place the movement tool overlapping the target, but perform a partial move that doesn’t reach the target, and still get the Overrun attack? For example, placing the tool at a 90 degree angle around a corner but not physically moving the model (or say ceremonially bumping it forward), calling it a partial move action. Seth
Hello, 1 hour ago, KablooieKablam said: Does this mean a unit with Overrun can place the movement tool overlapping the target, but perform a partial move that doesn’t reach the target, and still get the Overrun attack? Yes. If their movement tool overlaps an enemy unit, they may indeed perform an overrun attack on that unit after performing the move, even if the overrunning unit performs a partial move and ends “short” of the unit they overrun. Hope this helps, Seth
