Seth Posted July 26 Share Posted July 26 Hi there, "When an undeployed unit activates, it must deploy and may not perform any action that is not a move until it deploys." The Saber-Class Tank may not perform the Plo Koon upgrade card free card action until it has deployed, and so will not have Agile 2 for its first move.
