Seth Posted January 22, 2023 Share Posted January 22, 2023 Hello, A unit that begins its Perform Actions step panicked cannot perform any actions or free actions. Its activation still occurs. At the end of its activation, it will remove suppression as instructed, and may indeed resolve effects at the end of its activation granted by the named command cards, as none of them grant actions that would be lost due to panic.
