Machine Made for Killing and Demoralize 3

When IG-11/88 plays this card and gains Demoralize 3...is that 1 suppression token for 3 different units at range 1-2, or 3 suppression for 1 unit at range 1-2, or dealers choice of how to deal out suppression?

Hello, Dave,

As per the Demoralize X keyword, add up to X total suppression to enemy units at range 1-2. In your example, IG-11 or IG-88 will add 3 suppression tokens, in total, spread among enemy units at range 1-2 as the player controlling the IG droid(s) sees fit.
