Hello everyone, If Ironman uses ricochet blast but Is NOT WITHIN 3 of a character with stealth, while captain america IS within 3 of said stealthed character, can Ironman use ricochet blast even if he's more than 3? The Astral ring interaction does not allow the attack to work but I wanted to know if this is a similar case.
