Can battle meditation be used to issue an order from a command card to a unit that is not present on the field? Example: Seventh Sister has battle meditation, Fifth Brother is either not in the army or has been defeated. Could she use battle meditation on her one pip to issue Fifth Brother’s order to someone else?
