Example: Seventh Sister has battle meditation, Fifth Brother is either not in the army or has been defeated. Yes. Using the Battle Meditation upgrade card, the equipped unit may issue one order to any friendly unit on the battlefield, instead of an order to one of the printed options on the command card.
