Cody and Synchronized Offensive

Hello!

With GAR's 1 pip Synchronized Offensive: when a friendly vehicle gets an order can give a clone trooper 1-2 an order

 

Does this apply to Cody's Direct too? so it would be two vehicles give 2 clone troopers orders?

The effect of the Synchronized Offensive Command Card is resolved "After an allied Vehicle unit is issued an order with this card...".

No. An Order issued using Direct was not issued using the Command Card. Only the Vehicle issued an order using Synchronized Offensive will generate an additional Order as described on the Command Card.
