Seth Posted July 8, 2023 Share Posted July 8, 2023 Hello, Yes; a unit may opt to perform fewer than its maximum allowed actions, including performing no actions after its Rally step at all. When a unit activates, it may perform up to two actions, assuming it is not suppressed or panicked or otherwise afflicted.
