Rebel personnel upgrades on ewoks

Since ewok skirmishers and slingers have the rebel faction keyword are they able to take rebel personnel upgrades such as rebel officer and medical droids?

Hello,

Ewok Skirmishers and Ewok Slingers are Ewoks-affiliated mercenaries. They may be included in Rebel army as noted by the icon on their unit card. They are not Rebel units, as detailed in Appendix C of the Star Wars: Legion Core Rulebook, and so cannot be equipped with “Rebel only” upgrade cards.
