Reckless Driver displacing multiple units

The card says "The first time during your activation that you displace an enemy unit,..."
Deas "the first time" apply to a displacing unit or a displaced unit?
Examples:
When in one move you displace multiple units, does it mean, you deal damage:

1. to the first unit, you've displaced 
2. to one of the units, you've displaced (who picks then?)
3. you deal damage to all units you've displaced but only one time to each unit?

If you displace 2 different units in 2 concurrent moves do you deal damage to both or to one only?

Hello,

The A-A5 Speeder Truck will roll for the Reckless Driver upgrade card's effect the first time it displaces an enemy unit during its activation. If multiple units are displaced during a single move, the first one that is contacted by the A-A5 Speeder Truck as it moves along its movement template will be the affected unit. It will never affect more than one unit during its activation.

As stated on the upgrade card, the Reckless Driver effects are resolved only the first time it displaces an enemy unit during its activation. Additional displacements on additional moves will not qualify.
