Climb action through a wall.

Since a climb action is a speed 1 move with height 1 climb up/down. If the speed 1 move is enough to cross a height 1 wall, can you climb "through" a wall?

Assuming the "wall" is obstacle terrain that was not determined by the players to be impassable terrain, yes, a unit may use a climb move to move over it.
