With the 501st battle-force 2 pip, any attack made by a support or special forces unit against a unit with a face up order token causes the token to be shuffled back into the Order pool.
If an ARC unit split fires the DC-15 into one unit and the rest of the squad into another, do both tokens get shuffled back into the order pool?

Yes; if a unit performs multiple attacks, it may shuffle order tokens for each enemy unit attacked back into their order pool.
