If Chief Chirpa uses "Stealthy Aproach" and gains a Focus action, then as his first action Focuses and second action makes a melee attack. Does he gain 1 for each focus and 2 for "Sharp Stick" =Impact(2) for each Focus. For a total of 6 additional attack dice.

This scenario cannot happen. 

Characters cannot do the same action twice during their activation (page 23 of the core rulebook). 

Stealthy Advance grants a focus action so it cannot be used again as one of Chief Chirpa’s actions.
