When rolling dice for the rescue mission can you use malice and Marksmanship to change a hit to a crit.

No, You cannot use Malice or Marksmanship during the rescue mission to change a hit result to a crit result.

Both Malice and Marksmanship state "While you perform an attack ..." and while a player rolls Attack dice during Rescue Mission, this is not done during an attack thus neither card comes into effect.
