Seth Posted January 18 Share Posted January 18 Hello! The Commanding Prescence upgrade card modifies the range at which the unit to which it is equipped may issue orders when it is issuing orders. Entourage and Direct both allow units to issue orders - each following their respective stipulations - and may therefore have their range affected by the Commanding Prescence upgrade.
