BearChemist Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 Page 19 of the CRB defines vertical cohesion as "A unit is in cohesion if all miniatures in that unit are at a speed-1 move of the unit leader and within a vertical distance equal to the height of the unit leader’s silhouette." Does this mean the entire mini must be within the silhouette of the unit leader or just part of the mini? Example A - The unit leader is on stairs without overhanging, can the other minis also be on stairs if only part of their mini is within the leader's silhouette? Example B and C - similar but the leader is angled as if on a ramp
Seth Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 Hello! 4 hours ago, BearChemist said: Does this mean the entire mini must be within the silhouette of the unit leader or just part of the mini? Part of the mini ('s silhouette) is enough to satisfy the conditions for vertical cohesion. Both pictured examples show legal unit cohesion. For the second (orange) example, C is the appropriate way to determine the unit leader's silhouette. Hope this helps, Seth
