First of all, loving this new skirmish game!!, Ok for the question, Stationary vehicles for the bombing the vehicle mission says that it can only receive attacks from the front and the sides if the attacking unit has impact. Critical results are much less important in Special Operations because of the changes to cover, but they still cannot be dodged and may also be referenced in various special rules.
