Seth Posted February 5, 2023 Share Posted February 5, 2023 Hello, The effects of Mechanized Incursion occur "after a friendly vehicle is issued an order." As it does not specify "using this card" or otherwise, any friendly vehicle receiving an order from any source will qualify. Yes, if a unit uses the Comms Relay upgrade card to issue an order to a friendly vehicle, it will satisfy the conditions of Mechanized Incursion and allow that vehicle to issue an order to another friendly unit.
