Hypothetically, if there was one remaining Imperial Royal Guard (IRG) that had the upgrade Emergency Stims (ES), would it be legal to use ES on two wounds suffered from the Guardian ability? The issue, to me, comes down to whether the Guardian-gained wounds count as being suffered "during an attack," for which I would argue affirmatively.
