If a unit with INCONSPICOUS is the only unit at range 2 of an attacking unit, the attacking unit base weapons are range 1-2 but the attacking unit has a heavy weapon that is 2-4, does the heavy weapon have to shoot something else or can the heavy weapon choose to use its base gun (range 1-2) if able?

Hello, 

If the attacking unit is able, it must make an attack against another unit. So the mini with the range 2-4 weapon must target another unit if it can.
