Volan Das and enemy Jango Fett

Volan Das pilot ability reduces the difficulty of 2 and 3 banks to blue. If Volan does a 2 bank (blue manuever for Volan) and Jango does a 1 straight (blue for Jango) does Volan avoid Jango's ability or because the standard dial lists it as white does the "revealed manuever" allow Jango ability to change and eye to a blank still proc?

No, abilities that reference the 'revealed maneuver' only take into consideration the colour shown on the dial. Any effects that alter the difficulty of your maneuvers would not apply.
