Seth Posted April 30, 2023 Share Posted April 30, 2023 Hello, Yes, the Scouting Party keyword may target a unit with a claimed objective token on the Hostage Exchange objective card, as the speed-1 move performed by these units prior to deployment as indicated by the objective card is not a Scout move.
