Ogrez Posted August 2, 2023 Share Posted August 2, 2023 In a case where Maul were to need more than one force to use an ability, such as "There is no place to run" or has an injured token making other abilities cost more force, can Maul split the force cost between using a force token and "Sustained By Rage"? For example, Maul wants to use ""There is no place to run" (costs two force tokens), but only has one force token left. Can Maul spend the one force token and then take one damage from "Sustained By Rage" to pay the other force cost? Alternatively, if Maul has two force tokens, but does not want to use both in this scenario, can he spend just one force and take one damage to cover the other force cost, even though he has enough force to spend to cover the cost? No. Sustained by Rage requires Lord Maul to spend Stamina equal to the cost of the ability. You cannot split the cost between Stamina and Force.
