The sniper has MOV 3 too but no jetpack is mentioned. I want to know how to build the model to get him right as he is supposed to be. Thank you. The Jetpack isn't mentioned as it's a subtitle, but the Arc Trooper (DC-15x Long Rifle) unit has the same speed and Bound keyword as ARC troopers (Jetpack), and therefore can be modeled with a Jetpack!
