Question is how to resolve the revealing of a here i am token, while cad bane is being transported.

 

Is he just placed where the token was, 

or does it follow the full result as if he wasn't on the battlefield and he is placed where the token was and also issues himself an order.

If Cad Bane's "Here I Am" token is revealed while he is embarked, as he is not on the battlefield, he will follow the given sequence for how to resolve the Bane token while he is not on the battlefield: replace the token with his miniature, and Cad Bane while then issue himself an order.
