Mace Windu "Shatterpoint"

First post...don't now if this has been covered but here goes

If Mace is activated with the shatterpoint card and is in Vaapad he can immediately make a focus action and has impact (2) until the end of the turn. 

If he makes a focused melle attack with this shatterpoint ability could he then use his normal two actions, that have not been used yet, to make a 2nd focused mellee attack on the same, or another melle range engaged target?

If yes it's brutal lol.

Jedi Master Mace Windu’s Shatterpoint ability does not grant him an attack. 

A character cannot use a given action more than once in an activation.
