if boba  starts the round in a closed transport and disembarks dose he get the independent stand by once he is placed in base contact ?

Hello,

Boba Fett will receive a standby token from the Independent: Standby keyword at the beginning of the activation phase, if he is eligible to do so. This can include while he is transported. However, a standby token is lost upon performing a disembark move.

Boba Fett will gain a standby token at the start of the activation phase. He will lose the standby token if he performs a move (such as to disembark), an attack, an action, or gains a suppression token.
