Rules for Embark / disembark :A trooper unit may make a speed-1 embark or disembark move during a move action instead of making another movement. Rules for Disembark: To disembark, a unit that is being transported may perform a disembark move during a move action instead of making another movement. Does this mean that since Codys 3 pip offers a free speed 1 move provided other conditions are met, they may instead take a disembark or embark action instead of the speed 1 move?
